  3. After potatoes are cooked after 4-5 mins. Add salt. And then cook the potatoes for another 3-4 mins.
  4. And then add milk. Cook properly for 4-5 mins. After milk was thick. Then add chopped mint leaves. Then add kasuri methi. Then add black pepper. Then add sugar. Then add butter. Mix well. And if you have fresh cream at home then add 2-3 tsp.
  5. Garnish the dish with fresh cream & fresh mint leaves. And serve with parathas
