  9. Slowly add small chunks or shredded gouda cheese in till liking, let completely melt, make sure to taste
  10. Continue to stir slowly though
  11. Add more spices to liking, specifically garlic, paprika, and salt, then taste
  12. Take off of stove
  13. Mix in bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese
  14. Put more bread crumbs and cheese on top (optional)
  15. Add bacon bits (optional)
  16. Lightly bake in oven for 10-15minutes or till liking (optional)
  17. Let cool some and serve
