- 1/4 tsp sanchal powder
- 1/4 tsp mari powder
- 1/4 tsp sunth powder
- 1 javitri
Steps to make to make Dal Maharani
- Soak rajma & dal for 7 to 8 hours. Boil the same with onion (1), ginger and salt in a cooker.
- Saute rest of the onion in a pan with butter. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, haldi garam masala and green chilli paste.
- Add boiled rajma and dal to the sauted mix. Add lemon juice. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add coriander and fresh cream to the dal.
- For Garam masala :Roast all masalas and churn it to powder
